What this is
A Online circle for visionary men to meet weekly to build their soul-led lives, with Support and Accountability.
The Purpose
To make consistent progress toward creating the life you want, while growing and connecting with powerful men.
This is for men who
• Have a vision but struggle with consistency
• Are building a business, creative path, or big life change
• Want real accountability from other driven men
• Are ready to show up weekly and participate
Show up. Do the work. Rise together.

The Invitation
“A man alone can start the path. A brotherhood makes sure he walks it.”

The Three Pillar Program
Each man commits to be in the circle for at least a month at a time. At the beginning of each week, he builds himself a program around three pillars and commits to run it for that week.

The program is built with each of these three pillars:

Body — your physical health, routines, environment
Spirit — spirituality, relationships, play, connection
Mission — your business or offering you are building in the world

Completion of the weekly program is REQUIRED to stay in the circle. Therefore, it is important that the program be achievable.

Weekly Council - (Live, 60 mins)
Check In - Learn - Support - Commit
-
Check in how you are feeling in body, mind, spirit
-
Report on your program & receive support and guidance
-
Teach and offer wisdom from your experience
-
Recommit to your program. Modify if needed.

NO excuses. NO performance. NO pretending.
Just real progress.

Daily Wingman Check-In
Each man is responsible for calling his “Wing Man” each day. Calls can be brief but the goal is to make contact and ask for/offer support. Calls must be completed but if a call is missed, the man must explain to the circle exactly what happened.

What Does a Program Look Like?
The weekly program that each man creates is designed to be framework for forward progress and alignment.

Here is an example of a program with goals for each pillar for a musician building a guitar lessons business:

Body
-
Exercise for 30 mins, 3 of 7 days
-
Do yoga for 30 mins, 5 of 7 days
Spirit
-
Meditate for 30 mins, 4 of 7 days
-
Play guitar for 30 mins, 4 of 7 days
Mission
-
Post to business instagram 3 times per week
-
Make contact with 3 warm leads per week
-
Finish lesson plan for first unit of guitar techniques course
Your program should be:
-
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, & Time bound.
-
Something you enjoy enough to complete
-
Somewhat challenging to expand your capacity
-
Holistic and Sustainable

Consistency is what builds Self Trust. And with more Self Trust, your capacity to create and take risks increases. The brotherhood of men in the circle will be your container to build greater and greater self trust.

What If I Don’t Complete My Program?
Each man is expected to complete his program every week. This is how the group maintains cohesion and rises together. If a man does not complete his program, the circle will hold space for him to process exactly what happened. He will then commit to a specific action over the next week that restores trust in himself and integrity with the circle.

If the same man does not complete his program two weeks in a row, he will FORFEIT his spot in the circle.
